When will you be operational?

The aim is to have an operational Board of Trustees and start fund raising activities in Q1 2026.

Will you support EcoVillage initiatives all over the world?

Our focus is primarily on advancing Australian EcoVillage initiatives. We're keen to connect and learn more about intentional community living initiatives and EcoVillage developments across the world.

We are developing an EcoVillage initiative, how can you support us?

As we are early in the establishing phase of the Foundation (Q4 2025), we have limited resources today to support your initiative. Please get in touch with us (email to info@siljalivingfoundation.org) and describe your project or initiative and we can have a discussion how we could be of assistance right now and potential pathways to future support.

Who owns a build-to-rent EcoVillage?

The SILJA Living Foundation does not hold any direct ownership interest in EcoVillage developments. Instead, each initiative we support operates as a distinct not-for-profit association, with residents as its members.
