• Becoming a committed funding Patron

• Running the fundraising program

• Grant writing and identifying funding opportunities with government, foundations, or philanthropic oriented individuals or organisations

• Developing the Patron network, including organising Patron events

• In-kind contributions (e.g., donating goods, services, or organising events)

Advocacy & Visibility

• Become a voting member of the Foundation

Advisory & Subject Matter Expertise

• Property scouting, including due diligence and feasibility assessments

• Legal advice (focus on not-for-profit build-to-rent property development)

• EcoVillage design, master planning, permitting, and approvals

• Building technology, construction methodology, procurement and contracts management

• Technical systems and infrastructure (such as micro-grids, potable water and wastewater treatment management systems)

• Developing ecosystem services, environmental and habitat protection zones

• Developing intentional communities with shared responsibilities and ownership

• Acquire suitable land in northeast NSW, Tweed or Byron Shire for the pioneering Ecovillage project
