Fundraising & Networking
Becoming a committed funding Patron
Running the fundraising program
Grant writing and identifying funding opportunities with government, foundations, or philanthropic oriented individuals or organisations
Developing the Patron network, including organising Patron events
In-kind contributions (e.g., donating goods, services, or organising events)
Take part in accelerating our journey turning vision into reality
and creating real-world impact whether by funding or expertise
Advocacy & Visibility
Become a voting member of the Foundation
Serve on the Board of Trustees
Developing a public presence on the web and social media
Marketing, branding, or communications support
Advocacy and policy influence (e.g., for EcoVillage development approvals or partnerships)
Advisory & Subject Matter Expertise
Property scouting, including due diligence and feasibility assessments
Legal advice (focus on not-for-profit build-to-rent property development)
EcoVillage design, master planning, permitting, and approvals
Building technology, construction methodology, procurement and contracts management
Technical systems and infrastructure (such as micro-grids, potable water and wastewater treatment management systems)
Developing ecosystem services, environmental and habitat protection zones
Developing intentional communities with shared responsibilities and ownership
